It is proposed to carry out the business of withdrawing housing funds to decorate self-occupied housing to reduce the financial burden of depositing employees' self-occupied housing renovation. The opinion draft suggests that depositor families have no unsettled housing provident fund loans in the province and can apply to withdraw their own and their spouse's housing provident fund from the date they register and file or obtain a real estate title certificate to use for the renovation of a self-occupied house in the family's name within Hainan Province. The same depositor can only apply for renovation withdrawal once every 10 years; the same housing unit is only allowed to handle the renovation withdrawal business once within 10 years.
