On the morning of September 8, Director General of Customs Sun Meijun and South Africa's Minister of Agriculture O'Camp co-hosted the 9th China-South Africa Ministerial Conference on Health and Phytosanitary. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on implementing the important consensus of the heads of state of the two countries, strengthening customs inspection and quarantine cooperation, promoting the healthy development of agricultural products and food trade between China and South Africa, and establishing a smart customs partnership. They reached a series of agreements and signed cooperation documents.
