The Ministry of Housing and Construction is publicly seeking opinions on the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Prefabricated Decorations”. The opinion is proposed to adhere to the principles of government guidance, market leadership, innovation drive, standard leadership, adaptation to local conditions, and model promotion, and promote the application of prefabricated decoration. By 2030, the proportion of prefabricated decoration applications will increase significantly, forming a complete prefabricated decoration standard system, technical system, industrial system, supervision system and talent system to better meet the needs of the masses for a high quality of life. Strengthen the application of government investment projects. Rental housing such as affordable rental housing, talent apartments, and dormitories to support investment by local governments fully adopt prefabricated decoration methods, and public buildings such as schools, hospitals, office buildings, hotels, and nursing homes are encouraged to use prefabricated decoration methods.
