With the theme of “Building an Ocean of Dreams and Intelligent Leadership”, this year's competition innovatively built a “1+N” competition system. “1” is the main event, focusing on the core technology of underwater robotics; “N” is a number of supporting events, including the Underwater Robotics and Marine Equipment Exhibition, the “Liao Chuanghui” Marine Intelligent Equipment Roadshow and Achievement Transformation Matchmaking Conference, a trip to Dalian by academicians and experts, and the Dalian Youth Underwater Robotics Cooperative Competition.
