Vaudoise Assurances to Issue CHF220 Million of Bonds

03:15 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vaudoise Assurances (VAHN.SW) plans to issue 220 million francs of bonds in two tranches on the Swiss domestic market, according to a Wednesday release. The Swiss insurance group said the issue comprised 100 million francs of a 0.90% bond due Sept. 25, 2030, and 120 million francs of a 1.25% bond due on Sept. 25, 2034. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange after the issue on Sept. 25.
