According to the news, Zhihu-W announced that on September 4, 2026 (after the trading session of the Stock Exchange), the subscriber Beijing Wisdom Exploration Technology Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a subscription agreement with the general partner and fund manager. Based on this, the subscriber agreed to pledge limited partnership interests in the subscription fund with an investment amount of RMB 1.5 billion and enter into a partnership agreement with respect to the fund. All of the above are subject to shareholders' approval of the subscription matters at the special shareholders' meeting.
