The statement said that the above weapons storage facility contains dozens of different types of weapons and military equipment, including rockets and Kalashnikov rifles. The Israeli military recently discovered that Hamas militants went to these weapons storage facilities and used the weapons in them to strengthen their control and carry out operations in the Gaza Strip. The statement also said that the Israeli military will continue to take action to weaken the capabilities of armed groups in the Gaza Strip and prevent them from rebuilding their military capabilities or using weapons to attack Israeli military personnel. According to the relevant agreement, Israeli Army Southern Command forces are currently still deployed in the relevant areas of the Gaza Strip.
