Shareholders of China Heavy Technology (603135.SH) Changzhou Jinhong and Shen Huiping plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% in total

Changzhou Jinhong Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Changzhou Jinhong”), the shareholders of which hold more than 5% of the company's shares, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions. The total amount of reduced holdings is no more than 19.0277 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
