CBRE appoints Tak Fai Chow as Executive Director of Hong Kong Capital Markets Department and Head of Residential Investment

The Zhitong Finance App learned that CBRE announced the appointment of Zhou Dehui as the executive director of the Hong Kong Capital Markets Department and Head of Housing Investment. The appointment took effect on September 9. In this newly established position, Andy Chow will be responsible for establishing and leading CBRE's luxury housing platform to drive business growth in high-value housing consulting and transaction services.
