Kelso Group to Raise GBP3 Million via Share Issue

03:30 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kelso Group (KLSO.L) plans to raise 3 million pounds sterling through a placement and subscription offer of new shares, according to a Thursday release. The offering will comprise the issue of 90,909,090 new ordinary shares at 0.033 pound apiece. The offer already secured irrevocable commitments from certain existing shareholders. In addition, a retail offer for 30,303,030 shares will be launched at the same issue price to raise up to 1 million pounds, with closing expected on Sept. 16. Kelso Group will use the net proceeds to increase exposure to its developing holdings and other identified investment opportunities.
