Following the application, trading of the company's A-share shares has been suspended continuously since the opening of the market on September 15, 2026, and will no longer be traded. September 14, 2026 is the last trading day. On the first trading day after the cash option declaration deadline, the company will apply for termination of listing, and stock trading will continue to be suspended until the listing is terminated. After the listing is terminated, A-shares held by the company's shareholders will be converted into A-shares issued by CICC according to the determined share exchange ratio and listed and circulated on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
