ICBC (01398) completed the issuance of 20 billion yuan of unfixed capital bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, ICBC (01398) announced that with the approval of relevant regulators, the bank's 2026 unfixed term capital bonds (fourth installment) (Bond Connect) have recently been issued in the national interbank bond market. The issuance scale of the current bond is RMB 20 billion. The coupon interest rate for the first 5 years is 1.86%, adjusted every 5 years, and the issuer's conditional redemption right is attached to every interest payment date after the 5th year. The funds raised will be used to supplement the bank's other Tier 1 capital.
