Chengshi Foreign Education (01565) will forfeit unpaid dividends

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chengshiwai Education (01565) issued an announcement. According to section 140 of the revised and re-listed Articles of Association of Chengshiwai Education Co., Ltd. (the Company), all dividends not received after a period of six years from the date of proclamation will be forfeited and returned to the Company. Accordingly, the Board hereby informs the Company's shareholders that (i) the 2018 final dividend of HK$0.04 per share declared by the Board of Directors on March 25, 2019; and (ii) the 2019 interim dividend of HK$0.04 per share declared by the Board on August 27, 2019 will be forfeited and returned to the Company.

Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive but have not yet received the above dividends are requested to contact the Company's share registry office, Hong Kong Central Securities Registration Co., Ltd., no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 30, 2026 (Wednesday). The address is 17M, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
