Chen Jie, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor, said that at present, large-scale deployment of Shanghai's 5GA and 10,000 gigabit optical networks is being implemented at an accelerated pace, and the broadband download rate continues to be the first in the country; the computing power network has formed a “1+3+N” hierarchical supply and unified scheduling system, and the city's intelligent computing power deployment scale exceeds 185,000 P, accounting for about 8.5% of the country. Chen Jie also pointed out that Shanghai will further implement the “Artificial Intelligence +” campaign, advance the “Modeling Shencheng” project, fully implement the country's “Six Networks” construction and deployment, systematically build new digital infrastructure such as next-generation communication networks and computing power networks, and continue to cultivate new momentum for development.
