Zhitong Finance App News, Jin Jing Xinneng (01783) announced that on September 10, 2026, the board of directors of the company approved the proposed purchase with the seller Shanghai Shunquan Technology Co., Ltd., according to this, Shanghai Youfu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, will enter into a new server purchase agreement with the seller to acquire more than 100 high-performance servers supporting the Group's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities. These high-performance servers are Nvidia's popular graphics processors for intelligent computing services. The total cost is RMB 380 million (equivalent to about HK$439.7 million) .

Since the acquisition of the intelligent computing business, the company has been actively developing its cloud computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure business. The company has previously placed an order with the seller to purchase servers worth RMB 1,288.4 million. The target group's acquisition and August server purchase represented the group's strategic expansion into the field of intelligent computing. The intelligent computing business mainly includes renting computing power to customers in exchange for service fees.

The proposed purchase is aimed at supporting the target group's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities, including the new customer contract that the target group has obtained, which is expected to fully utilize the products acquired under the server purchase agreement. By procuring high-performance servers to deploy intelligent data infrastructure, the company will be able to fulfill existing customer contracts and further expand the newly acquired intelligent computing business. The intelligent computing business is a rapidly growing industry with strong customer demand. The company will continue to expand the business with a demand-oriented strategy and carefully promote development to ensure that any expansion is carried out after obtaining binding commitments from customers. The intelligent computing business currently provides 1.5 megawatts of computing power to its customers, and has signed a contract to provide an additional 7.0 megawatts of computing power. The company expects the provided computing power to be increased to 16.0 megawatts on the premise that it can procure relevant computing hardware and enter into contracts with suitable customers. If the development plan is implemented, the intelligent computing business will become an important part of the Group's operations, and the revenue generated by the intelligent computing business for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027 may reach 40% of the Group's total revenue for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
