UK's Monthly GDP Rises 0.4% in July

02:07 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK's gross domestic product expanded 0.4% month over month in July, following a 0.3% gain in June, the Office for National Statistics said Friday. Analysts expected zero growth during the month. On a yearly basis, the British economy grew 1.6%, against the prior 1.1% expansion and the market forecast of a 1.2% growth.
