Lizhu Pharmaceutical (01513) appoints Liu Daping as chairman

On the recommendation of the Company's Nomination Committee, Mr. Liu Daping has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Strategy Committee, and Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. The term of office will commence on September 11, 2026 and end on the date the term of the 12th board of directors expires.
