On September 12, at the 2026 China Computing Power Conference Xiong'an Forum, the Xiong'an International Computing Power Integrated Dispatch Center announced the official launch of operation. According to reports, the center consists of two major modules: an integrated computing power scheduling platform and an international model service platform. Xiongan International Computing Power Integrated Scheduling Platform aims to build a national cross-domain computing power scheduling hub, coordinate the gathering of diverse heterogeneous computing power resources, open up a computing power circulation network, and solve the problem of computing power silos. The platform has covered 8 major national computing power hubs, connected to 44 computing power resource pools in 19 provinces across the country, and the total computing power scale exceeds 27,000P. Relying on an integrated computing power scheduling platform, the Xiong'an International Big Model Service Platform focuses on token scheduling services, brings together all major mainstream models, and will build a global large model aggregation service hub.
