According to information from Shenzhen Airport, Shenzhen Airlines will launch direct flights between Shenzhen and Sydney on December 14, 4 times a week, operated by Airbus A330 wide-body airliners. This is the second direct international flight to Australia launched by Shenzhen Airlines after the Shenzhen-Melbourne route. It marks the further improvement of Shenzhen's air route network layout connecting Shenzhen to the South Pacific. Shenzhen Airlines is simultaneously optimizing the capacity of Australian routes. Starting October 25, the route between Shenzhen and Melbourne will be encrypted from 3 flights per week to 5 flights per week.
