During the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, the Bank of China, under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Bank of China, together with ecological partners such as China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China People's Insurance, China Oriental Asset, and Bank of China Financial Leasing, jointly launched the “One Network and Three Integrations” computing power finance ecosystem co-construction campaign. During the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the Bank of China will join hands with computing power ecosystem partners such as insurance, industrial investment, asset management, and financial leasing to jointly build a “computing power+” industrial finance ecosystem, provide no less than 300 billion yuan of comprehensive financial support for upstream and downstream enterprises in the computing power industry chain, support no less than 100 key intelligent computing center projects, provide cross-regional and integrated collaborative financial services to regional nodes of national computing power connectivity, and empower more than 3,000 computing enterprises.
