Hong Kong investment education service provider Haofeng Group (HFE.US) applied for an IPO in the US and plans to raise up to US$21 million

Zhitong Finance App learned that Hao Feng Group (HFE.US), a Hong Kong investment education service provider, submitted documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday to raise up to US$21 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to raise $21 million by issuing 3.2 million shares in the price range of $5 to $8 per share. Calculated at the midpoint of the proposed price range, the market value of Haofeng Group will reach US$151 million.

Haofeng Group operates an investment education charging center in Hong Kong, China. The company provides offline and online courses to retail and high-net-worth investors, covering stock trading, portfolio management, fundamental analysis and investment strategies. The revenue comes mainly from tuition and workshop fees paid by annual subscribers. Haofeng offers three different course packages: 1 month, 6 months, and 12 month course packages. The company ranked 3rd among investment education providers in Hong Kong based on 2024 revenue.

The company, headquartered in Hong Kong, China, was founded in 2012 and achieved revenue of $2 million in the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on NYSE American under the symbol HFE. Haofeng Group secretly submitted documents on April 10, 2026. Ed Securities is the sole bookkeeper for this transaction.
