According to the news, on September 10, Liqin Resources disclosed the initial public offering of shares and listed a prospectus on the main board, and officially launched the Shenzhen Main Board offering. The subscription date for this offering was September 18. Liqin Resources said that the company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2022. The current financing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will help the company rely on the respective advantages of the capital markets of the two places, broaden financing channels, optimize the financing structure, enhance the company's core competitiveness and resilience to risks, and provide strong support for the company to deepen its business layout in the “Belt and Road” region such as Indonesia.

According to the prospectus, benefiting from the recovery in nickel prices, the gradual release of new smelting capacity, and the continued expansion of downstream market demand, Liqin Resources expects its revenue for the first three quarters of 2026 to be 38 billion yuan to 42 billion yuan, up 27.93% to 41.40% year on year; net profit to mother is 3.150 billion yuan to 3.250 billion yuan, up 54.00% to 58.89% year on year.
