According to the CSPC Innovation announcement, Jushi Biotech, a holding subsidiary of the company, announced phase I/II clinical study data of SYS6010 and Enlang Subimab in the form of an oral report at the 2026 World Lung Cancer Conference. SYS6010 is an EGFR-targeted ADC drug independently developed by Jushi Biotech. The study targeted driving gene-negative advanced non-small cell lung cancer without systematic treatment. The total ORR for the two dosage regimens was 58.9% and 49.2%, respectively, and the ORR for those with high PD-L1 expression reached 77.8% and 82.4%, respectively. The overall safety was manageable. Currently, this combination therapy has entered phase III clinical trials and will not have a significant impact on the company's performance in the short term.
