Genova Property to Acquire Remaining 49% Stake in Järngrinden

04:32 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genova Property Group (GPG.ST) said Monday it exercised call options to acquire the remaining 49% of shares it does not own in Järngrinden for a preliminary total purchase price of 800 million kronor. The property company added that the acquisition will take place in two stages, with Genova Property acquiring 24.5% in the first half of 2027 for a preliminary 378 million kronor and the remaining 24.5% for 411 million kronor in the first half of 2029. The group expects the deal to bolster its long-term EPS and property portfolio transparency.
