(“Unification Petrochemical”) signed a “Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation” with Singapore Oulite Lubricants Private Limited (“Ulitec”).

It has self-operated lubricant blending plants and well-equipped laboratories, a highly flexible production system, and its business covers more than 40 countries around the world. The two sides will jointly establish strategic partnerships in market collaboration, technical exchanges, brand co-building, and resource sharing to achieve common development between the two sides in overseas markets.

The strategic cooperation memorandum signed this time is a strategic initiative to implement the international layout of the company's lubricants business.
