Baiyun Electric announced that the company currently holds 26% of the shares in the participating company Guangzhou Greater Bay Area Rail Transit Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., corresponding to a pledged investment of 1.3 billion yuan, and has already paid 52 million yuan. Shareholders of all parties plan to reduce the capital of the Greater Bay Area Rail Transit Investment Group by the same ratio, adjusting its registered capital from 5 billion yuan to 200 million yuan, and the amount of capital pledged by the company to be adjusted from 1.3 billion yuan to 52 million yuan, leaving the shareholding ratio unchanged at 26%. After the capital reduction is registered for the industrial and commercial change, the company will fully fulfill its pledge and actual investment obligations to the participating company. The current capital reduction still needs to be reviewed and approved by the Greater Bay Area Rail Transit Industrial Investment Group shareholders' meeting and legal procedures. There is uncertainty about whether it can be implemented. This capital reduction does not constitute a related transaction or major asset restructuring, and there is no need to submit it to the company's shareholders' meeting for review.
