Netel Plans SEK149 Million Equity Raise Ahead of Infrea Merger

05:15 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish critical infrastructure group Netel Holding (NETEL.ST) said Monday it expects to raise 149 million kronor before transaction costs through a rights issue and an overallotment issue. The rights issue will generate 127 million kronor through a placing of up to 36,383,904 shares, while the overallotment issue will contribute 22 million kronor. The subscription price was set at 3.50 kronor per new share. The capital raise comes ahead of the company's planned merger with Infrea (INFREA.ST).
