According to Zhitong Finance App, Ocean Group (03377) announced that the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, agreed sales for August 2026 were approximately RMB 750 million, a year-on-year decrease of 55.88%; the agreed sales floor area was approximately 58,700 square meters; the average agreed sales price was approximately RMB 12,800 per square meter. From January 1 to August 31, 2026, the Group's cumulative agreed sales with its joint ventures and joint ventures were approximately RMB 9.74 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 40.75%; the cumulative agreed sales floor area was approximately 796,200 square meters; the cumulative agreed average sales price was approximately RMB 12,200 per square meter.
