Three Gorges New Materials announced that the company plans to invest no more than 199 million yuan to build the Hongyantou glass sandstone mining project through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sanxia New Materials Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. After completion, the project will develop a mining capacity of 2 million tons of glass sandstone ore raw ore with an annual output of 2 million tons. The investment has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors and registered by the relevant national authorities. The project is currently in the preparation stage.
