Arverne Discloses Total Exploration Potential Across French Permits

06:18 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arverne's (ARVEN.PA) exclusive exploration permits in France's Alsace region have a total exploration potential of up to 43 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent, according to an independent assessment by Sproule ERCE. The assessment also estimated indicated and inferred resources of 26 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent across the French geothermal technology company's permits, following new data from a 3D seismic campaign and drilling of two wells at Schwabwille, according to a Monday release. Arverne said the exploration potential surpasses the requirements of its Lithium de France development plan in Alsace. It expects the next reserve certification phase in the first quarter of 2027.
