Botai Auto Federation (02889): First designated as a leading domestic high-end NEV OEM overseas model project

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Botai Auto Association (02889) announced that the company received an official project notice from a leading domestic high-end NEV OEM (“the customer”). The company was selected for the first time as a supplier for a new generation of overseas models under the customer's flagship brand. It is responsible for the development and mass production delivery of high-end intelligent cockpit controllers and AI interaction systems based on the Qualcomm 8397 next-generation high-performance cockpit chip platform (“8397 platform”). The 8397 platform is a Qualcomm Snapdragon fifth-generation smart cockpit chip platform, which can strongly support intelligent capabilities such as end-side AI computing power, multi-modal interaction, and multi-screen linkage. This time, the target covers the first batch of models in the customer's overseas product matrix. The customer's subsequent series of models under the same platform will also be based on the 8397 platform. The Group adopts a mature platform-based design architecture, which can adapt to multi-language and multi-regulatory requirements to support parallel development and simultaneous mass production across regions. The overseas scope of this project covers Europe, Central and South America, and major global regions such as Canada, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

This time, it was designated for the first time as an overseas model of the leading NEV OEM flagship brand, marking the Group's cooperation with the customer to achieve a leap from domestic market to global layout, from iteration of mature technology platforms to next-generation platforms, fully confirming the customer's high recognition of the Group's technical heritage, platform-based R&D architecture and global delivery capabilities. As an implementation of the “software and hardware core cloud integration with AI technology as the core” strategy, the Group has established a complete cross-regional compliance system, a global supply chain control mechanism, and large-scale mass production and delivery capabilities. This target is a strong proof of the Group's comprehensive global strength. As a result, the company continues to maintain its market-leading position for targeted projects on the 8397 platform. Based on the accumulation of intelligent technology accumulated in the domestic market, the Group will collaborate with customers to export “AI-defined automobiles” Chinese solutions to the global market. This project will become an important model for the Group to explore overseas markets, open up greater business growth and profit margins for the Group, and inject strong momentum into the Group's long-term high-quality development.
