Naba Alsaha Medical Services Amends, Extends Hospital Project Contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

10:26 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Naba Alsaha Medical Services (SASE:9546) approved changes to its existing contract with Al-Kayan Technical Arab Contracting Co. in relation to the finishing, electrical, mechanical, and complementary works for the Naba Al-Seha Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The amendments include 11 electrical change orders and an extension to the project execution period, the integrated healthcare company said Monday. The additional costs are estimated at 10.3 million Saudi riyals, bringing the contract's overall value to 121.3 million riyals. The project components' operational readiness is now slated for Jan. 31, 2027, with preliminary handover to take place on Feb. 28, 2027.
