Additional Fiber Construction Projects Secured by Cal-Ore

LICT Corporation (“LICT”, OTC Pink®: LICT) announces today, that our subsidiary, Cal-Ore, has signed a series of additional work orders for a large fiber build in California. These three additional projects are expected to deliver approximately $60 million in total revenue, and approximately $20 million in total EBITDA to Cal-Ore during 2027 and 2028. The revenue and EBITDA will be recognized as construction milestones are achieved.

The additional projects will also provide Cal-Ore a long-term fiber lease and recurring maintenance revenue over a 20-year term, which is subject to extension. The fiber lease will provide Cal-Ore competitive access to additional markets outside of its current service territory.

The projects are expected to begin in early 2027.
