Shareholders of Northern Mining (00433) with a total market value of HK$52,1573 million deposited 1,159 million shares into Credit Control International Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 14, Northern Mining (00433) changed positions, with a total market value of HK$52,1573 million, accounting for 7.73%. The company's shareholders deposited 1,159 million shares into ICC International Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 7.72%.

Northern Mining announced its 2026 interim results, with revenue from continuing operations of approximately HK$473 million, a year-on-year decrease of 8.19%; profit attributable to the owners of the company was approximately HK$433 million, an increase of 517.6% over the previous year; and earnings per share were HK2.89 cents.

According to the announcement, profit during the period was mainly due to the sale of subsidiaries with proceeds of approximately HK$375 million. The mining business had a significant positive impact on the Group's overall performance.
