The Zhitong Finance App learned that on September 15, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Li Jiachao, said that tomorrow he will announce Hong Kong's first five-year plan and publish the 2026 Policy Address in the Legislative Council. The two documents are detailed, with a total of over 100,000 words. He will be posting a brief and concise release tomorrow, which he plans to complete within two to three hours.

He mentioned that the theme color of the cover of Hong Kong's first five-year plan document was blue, while the cover color of the new Policy Address continues to be green. Li Jiachao revealed that during the public consultation period, the five-year plan received about 17,000 comments, while the new Policy Address received about 11,000 comments. He thanked all sectors of the community for their participation and support.
