MediaTek released the Tianji 9600Pro flagship chip. This is MediaTek's first mobile SoC based on TSMC's 2nm process. Compared with the previous 3nm solution, the performance was increased by 14% and power consumption was reduced by 23%. The entire SoC was redesigned with an AI native architecture to achieve the fusion of software and hardware with heterogeneous computing cores such as CPU, GPU, NPU, and ISP.
