On September 15, data from the China Automobile Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance showed that in August, domestic power battery loading volume was 79.0 GWh, up 5.9% month-on-month and 26.3% year-on-year. Among them, the loading volume of ternary batteries was 11.0 GWh, accounting for 14.0% of the total loading volume, down 1.0% from the previous year, and the loading volume of lithium iron phosphate batteries was 67.6 GWh, accounting for 85.6% of the total loading volume, up 7.0% from month to month, up 31.0% year on year. From January to August, the cumulative load volume of domestic power batteries was 489.1 GWh, a cumulative year-on-year increase of 17.0%. Among them, the cumulative loading volume of ternary batteries was 85.6 GWh, accounting for 17.5% of the total loading volume, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 10.6%; the cumulative loading volume of lithium iron phosphate batteries was 402.7 GWh, accounting for 82.3% of the total loading volume, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 18.3%.
