Circio Raises NOK200 Million via Private Placement; Subsequent Offering Planned

04:45 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Circio Holding (CRNA.OL) said Tuesday it raised 200 million Norwegian kroner in a private placement with international investors. The biotechnology company allocated 16,865,000 shares at 11.80 kroner apiece in the transaction. Proceeds were earmarked for Circio's in vivo CAR-T cell therapy program, particularly its plan to secure DNA vector and T-cell-targeted LNP-delivery systems. Settlement is expected on Thursday. The company is also looking to raise an additional 200 million kroner in a subsequent private placement, subject to a prospectus and its market price.
