In order to meet long-term business development needs, Meikang Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed an “Equity Transfer Agreement” with Wang Shizhen. Meikang Energy plans to use its own capital of 7.5 million yuan to acquire 15% of the shares of Hefei Midea Hekang Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (“Meikang PV)” held by Wang Shizhen. Prior to this transfer, the company held 80% of Meikang PV's shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary Meikang Energy; after the transfer was completed, the company held 95% of Meikang PV's shares through its wholly-owned subsidiary Meikang Energy. Meikang PV is still the company's controlling subsidiary, and the scope of the company's consolidated statements has not changed.
