The company intends to participate as a limited partner in investing in the Xiamen Times Shenzhen Venture Capital Fund partnership (limited partnership).

The total amount of capital pledged by the partnership was RMB 490,001 million. As a limited partner, the company pledged RMB 1 billion with its own capital, accounting for 20.4081% of the total amount of capital pledged by the partnership. Recently, the company signed the “Xiamen Times Deep Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)” with Xiamen Puquan Private Equity Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Xiamen Puquan”, “Fund Manager” or “General Partner”) and other limited partners.

The purpose of this investment is to use the advantages and resources of professional investment institutions without affecting the development of the company's main business, expand investment channels through specialized investment management teams, enhance the company's sustainable development capacity and overall value, and create a reasonable return on investment for the company and shareholders.
