Bradda Head Lithium's Tanzanian Arm to Buy Six Prospecting Uranium Licenses

07:08 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bradda Head Lithium (BHL.L) agreed to acquire the entire rights and interests in six prospecting uranium licenses, including the Mkuju project in Tanzania, from Zeus Resources (T). Under the conditional, definitive and binding asset purchase agreement with Zeus and its parent US1 Critical Minerals, the London-listed lithium development company's new subsidiary BHL Tanzania will acquire prospecting licenses 11703/2021, 11704/2021, 11705/2021, 11708/2021, 11709/2021, and 12354/2023 for a total consideration of $1.8 million, according to a Tuesday release. Bradda Head will also pay an exclusivity fee of $120,000 to cover upcoming license rents before completion, which is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals in Tanzania.
