On the afternoon of September 14, the National Data Bureau organized a closed meeting of the 2026 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Digital Economy Ministers on the eve of the 2026 SCO Digital Economy Forum. Liu Liehong, director of the National Data Administration, presided over the conference and delivered a speech. With the theme of “Dialogue and Exchange, Discussion and Cooperation Priorities”, the conference held exchanges on topics such as digital infrastructure construction, data value release, industrial digital transformation, and data governance.
