Slack (300382.SZ) subsidiary plans to establish a joint venture to establish Slack (Nanning) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Based on the company's overall strategic layout and its own business development needs, the company's holding subsidiary Xinxiang Shengda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xinxiang Shengda”) plans to sign a “Joint Venture Agreement” with Shanghai Jiangfeng Shantai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (“Jiangfeng Shantai”) and Jiaozuo Chenshi Industrial Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Jiaozuo Chensu”). Based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win situation, Xinxiang Shengda, Jiang Feng Shantai, Jiao Shantai Chen Chen plans to jointly fund the establishment of Slack (Nanning) New Energy Technology Ltd. The joint venture has a registered capital of 60 million yuan, and Xinxiang Shengda invested 39.6 million yuan, accounting for 66%.

Jiang Feng Shantai and Jiao Zuochen have channel advantages in battery case sales. The establishment of a joint venture will help the two sides to further fully integrate superior resources, collaborate and complement each other, continuously enhance the overall competitiveness of the company's battery case business, benefit the company's long-term, healthy and sustainable development, and conform to the company's development strategy plan and the interests of all shareholders.
