According to the Zhitong Finance App, Miramar Hotel (00071) issued an announcement regarding the establishment of a joint venture to acquire 50% of the real interests in the business. The Board is pleased to announce that it will be completed on September 15, 2026. After completion, the joint venture (where the company owns 50% interest) has indirectly become the sole beneficial owner of the property.
