China Construction Machinery Industry Association: Sales of 649 graders of all types were sold in August, sales increased 13.5% year-on-year in August

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Industry Association on major manufacturers of graders, 649 graders of various types were sold in August 2026, a year-on-year decrease of 4.98%. Among them: domestic sales volume of 84 units, a year-on-year decrease of 22.2%; exports of 565 units, a year-on-year decrease of 1.74%.

From January to August 2026, a total of 6412 graders were sold, an increase of 13.5% over the previous year. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 811 units, down 20.7% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 5,601 units, up 21.1% year on year.

In terms of truck cranes, 1,544 truck cranes of various types were sold in August 2026, an increase of 7.67% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 673 units, down 8.56% year on year; 871 units were exported, up 24.8% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 15,399 truck cranes were sold, an increase of 13.7% over the previous year. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 8,631 units, up 15.2% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 6,768 units, up 11.8% year on year.

In terms of crawler cranes, 266 crawler cranes of various types were sold in August 2026, a year-on-year decrease of 2.56%. Among them: domestic sales volume of 71 units, down 19.3% year on year; export of 195 units, up 5.41% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 2,832 crawler cranes were sold, an increase of 36.2% over the previous year. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 692 units, up 7.45% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 2,140 units, up 49% year on year.

In terms of truck-mounted cranes, 1,799 truck-mounted cranes of various types were sold in August 2026, an increase of 8.11% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 1,369 units, up 4.27% year on year; export 430 units, up 22.5% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 16,286 truck-mounted cranes were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 3.47%. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 12,511 units, down 4.92% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 3,775 units, up 1.67% year on year.

In terms of tower cranes, 360 tower cranes of various types were sold in August 2026, a year-on-year decrease of 15.1%. Among them: domestic sales volume of 170 units, a year-on-year decrease of 22.4%; exports of 190 units, a year-on-year decrease of 7.32%.

From January to August 2026, a total of 3092 tower cranes were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 14.2%. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 1,549 units, down 20% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 1,543 units, down 7.55% year on year.

In terms of industrial vehicles, a total of 47,338 forklifts, excluding electric walking storage vehicles, were sold in August 2026, a year-on-year decrease of 0.82%. Among them: domestic sales volume was 28,366 units, down 2.87% year on year; exports were 18,972 units, up 2.41% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 433,320 forklifts without electric walking storage vehicles were sold, an increase of 8.36% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 273196 units, up 2.61% year on year; exports were 160,124 units, up 19.8% year on year.

In August 2026, 13,5943 forklifts of various types were sold, an increase of 15.1% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 80,231 units (including AGV847 units), a year-on-year increase of 14.3%; exports of 55,712 units (including 46 AGVs), an increase of 16.3% year-on-year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 1145,716 forklifts were sold, an increase of 17.4% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 70,9688 units (including AGV7402 units), up 15.2% year on year; exports were 43,6028 units (including AGV639 units), up 21.2% year on year.

In terms of rollers, 1,614 rollers of various types were sold in August 2026, an increase of 23% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 427 units, down 10.3% year on year; export was 1187 units, up 42% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 1,5067 rollers were sold, an increase of 24.1% over the previous year. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 4,131 units, down 11.1% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 10,936 units, up 45.8% year on year.

In terms of pavers, 174 pavers of various types were sold in August 2026, an increase of 47.5% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume of 74 units, down 7.5% year on year; export of 100 units, up 163% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 1,248 pavers were sold, an increase of 11.7% over the previous year. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 671 units, down 17.8% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 577 units, up 91.7% year on year.

In terms of lift work platforms, 16,317 lift work platforms of various types were sold in August 2026, an increase of 21.5% over the previous year. Among them: domestic sales volume was 6,915 units, up 71.2% year on year; 9402 units were exported, up 0.13% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 150,590 lifting work platforms were sold, an increase of 26% over the previous year. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 52,737 units, up 15.1% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 97,853 units, up 32.9% year on year.

In terms of aerial work platforms, 214 aerial work platforms of various types were sold in August 2026, a year-on-year decrease of 56.3%. Among them: domestic sales volume was 201 units, down 58.6% year on year; 13 units were exported, up 160% year on year.

From January to August 2026, a total of 2,974 aerial work platforms were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 10.8%. Among them: cumulative domestic sales volume was 2,785 units, down 12.7% year on year; cumulative export sales volume was 189 units, up 30.3% year on year.
