According to Aotuo Electronics, recently, the Aotuo Electronics' MicroLED Intelligent Manufacturing Center project was completed and put into operation, marking that Aotuo Electronics has officially entered a new stage of intelligent mass production of high-end microLEDs. The smart workshop put into operation this time focuses on mass production of P0.3-P1.5 high-end micro-pitch ultra-high-definition panels. The production line is equipped with COB and COG dual cutting-edge packaging technology, and the chip binding accuracy can reach ±5 μm, which can flexibly adapt to mass production and customized order requirements for a full range of Micro and Mini products.
