Recently, Guojin Jiaze New Energy Closed Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund received registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, making it the first public REITs project in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. As the sponsor and original shareholder, Jiaze Xinneng injected its Jiaojiapan 100MW wind farm and a 17.5MW wind farm in Xinrong County, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region into the bottom layer of REITs, with a total installed capacity of 117.5 MW. Both projects were incorporated into the UHV Lingshao DC supporting power supply in November 2025. The clean electricity generated was mainly delivered to Zhejiang Province through Lingshao DC, deeply integrated into the “west power to east” pattern.
