Li Jiachao pointed out in the “Policy Address” that the country is leading the world in innovative charging technology. Using megawatt-level flash charging technology, private cars can be charged within nine minutes, and the power exchange technology can be charged in about 100 seconds as fast as possible. Under the impetus of the SAR government, the relevant projects are expected to land in Hong Kong in the short term. The Environment and Ecology Administration is also cooperating with the National Energy Administration to build the first ChaoJi charging technology demonstration station in Hong Kong in 2027, showcasing its compatibility with national and European charging standards.
