Empyrean Energy Raises GBP1 Million via Share Placement

The offering comprised 2 billion new ordinary shares priced at 0.0005 pound apiece, according to a Wednesday release. The oil and gas explorer will use the net proceeds to finance its share of costs for the drilling of the Gold-1 exploration well in the Molasse Basin of Upper Austria and for general working capital purposes.
