Postbank (01658): Sun Maozhu appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Postbank (01658) issued an announcement. The bank's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting deliberated and passed a bill to elect Mr. Sun Maozhu as the bank's independent non-executive director. The bank recently received the “China Financial Supervisory Authority's Approval on the Eligibility of Sun Maozhu as an Independent Director of the Postbank” (Jin Fu [2026] No. 499), according to which the China Financial Supervisory Administration has approved Mr. Sun Maozhu's qualifications. According to relevant regulations, Mr. Sun Maozhu has been an independent non-executive director of the bank since September 11, 2026, for a term of 3 years. At the same time, Mr. Sun Maozhu served as the Audit Committee Chairman and member of the Bank's Board of Directors, a member of the Board's Related Transaction Control Committee, and a member of the Board's Risk Management Committee.

Since Mr. Sun Maozhu took office, Mr. Zhong Ruiming has ceased to serve as an independent non-executive director of the bank, chairman and member of the board audit committee, member of the board of directors related transaction control committee, and member of the board risk management committee due to the end of his term.
